Members have reported some phone calls and text messages from someone trying to trick them into giving account information. These social-engineering scams are unfortunately too common, so please remember:
- We will never call or text you to ask for sensitive information.
- Never share your account numbers, passwords, MFA codes, or personal information with callers claiming to be from the credit union. When in doubt, you can safely call us directly.
- If you share information with a suspicious person, immediately notify us so we can monitor/reset your credentials and flag your account.
We have confirmed no security breach has taken place to our systems, but our security team is taking this matter seriously and continues preventive measures to ensure the safety of member information.
